1st South Asian Pesäpallo Championship 2018

31 January 2018 Sano Gausharan Ground, Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal

The first-ever South Asian Pesäpallo Championship kicked off in Kathmandu, with India's National Team competing alongside Nepali school teams from Brainland Academy, Pikepoint Academy (Chunikhel), Budhanilkantha and Tamakoshi High School (Ramechhap). The two-day tournament was held to promote Pesäpallo across South Asia and prepare teams for the 2019 World Cup. The event was inaugurated in the presence of the Finnish Ambassador to Nepal and Pesäpallo National President Mr. Paras Mani Dahal.
