Anti-Doping

The Pesäpallo Federation of India is committed to clean sport and complies with the World Anti-Doping Code. Anti-Doping Organizations — including the International Olympic Committee, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), International Federations and National Anti-Doping Organizations (NADO) — are responsible for initiating, implementing and enforcing the Doping Control process.

Consequences of Anti-Doping Rule Violations

• Disqualification: Forfeiture of medals, points and prizes from a Competition or Event.
• Ineligibility: Being barred for a specified period from participating in any competition or sport-related activity.
• Provisional Suspension: Temporary bar from competition prior to a final hearing decision.

Doping Control Process

Test distribution planning, sample collection and handling, laboratory analysis, results management, and hearings & appeals — conducted in line with NADA (National Anti-Doping Agency) and WADA standards.
